If your account is open

We've sent you an email confirming your account is open along with your first deposit details.

We'll post an activation code to you. You need this the first time you log in to view or manage your savings account online. This should usually be with you within a week, however if you've not received the code after 10 days, you can request another one online or by contacting us.

Please note: If you're making your first deposit by bank transfer, cheque or ISA transfer (ISAs only) please do this within 28 days to open your account.
