Customer Satisfaction and Experience
As a mutual our members are important to our success and we track member sentiment, what we are doing well and what we can do better. We work with ORC International and Watermelon for Savanta to conduct monthly customer satisfaction programme with a number of our members. ORC International and Savanta are independent market research agencies and they conduct research on our behalf, contacting members either by telephone during the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm or by an online survey sent to their email address.
